I think education is extremely important. However…there should be some things taught in high school that aren’t, like how to balance a checkbook or how to drive (I know some schools have driver’s ed but mine didn’t); basic life lessons. When you get to college, say for fine arts, you shouldn’t be forced to take courses like psychology or sociology. I’m just want to go to school for art. I don’t care about those other things!
As in…have I? Yes. Unfortunately. I think everyone at one point or another have. My mother and I have very much the same personality, so of course there are going to be times when we clash. My father had a brain aneurysm eleven years ago and it’s been very difficult dealing with him and his changed personality. I don’t like when I do, but I will admit that yes, I’ve disrespected my parents before.
